WGL Energy helped the National Facilities Management and Technology Conference (NFMT) reduce its carbon footprint by donating 238 Green-e® Climate certified carbon offsets to counterbalance conference emissions from energy use at the event space, hotel stays, ground transportation and land-filled waste. WGL Energy will sponsor two badge recycling stations to encourage recycling during the conference.
