As WGL was establishing its new brand promise and identity via a strategically positioned re-brand effort centered on the tagline, “Energy Answers. Ask Us,” the mission of the CRO organization became clear: spearhead organizational change that would eventually deliver on the brand promise and result in targeted revenue goals.
